With Google I initially found iSQL, but this wasn't very stable. I then downloaded dbvis which is a real pleasure:
connection creation wizard with an in-wizard driver loader
Tree view, table structures, data views, SQL executor - and lots of other stuff.
free, but not open source (EULA) - don't really know why you want to buy a license.
